CAN THE FILM BE CUT?
While the length can be cut, we don't recommend doing so. If it is absolutely necessary, contact us for instructions. The width cannot be cut in any way.

DOES THE FILM NEED TO COVER THE ENTIRE WINDOW?
No, it's not necessary. When possible aesthetically it's best to cover as much of the window as possible.

WHAT IS THE LARGEST FILM YOU MAKE?
Currently the maximum size is 26”x 60”. For larger windows, many customers use  two films.

I DON’T HAVE A GENERATOR, ONLY BATTERIES.  HOW LARGE OF AN INVERTER DO I NEED?
In nearly every case a 400 watt DC to AC inverter will work.

I HAVE A SHAPED WINDOW, CAN YOU MAKE ONE TO FIT?
Yes, we custom manufacture on a regular basis.

I SEE A SIZE THAT WILL WORK BUT CAN I PUT THE CONTROLLER IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION?
We can usually move the controller, but an Art and Film charge will apply.

HOW CLOSE TO THE EDGE CAN THE FILM COME TO THE EDGE?
We recommend at least a 1/2” space between the film and the frame or seal.  If you have a deep frame, you will need 1 ½” gap to allow for the circuit and cord to clear the frame.
